The Town of Blackfalds is seeking a friendly, organized, and community-minded individual to join our Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) team as an Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter. From greeting clients and assisting with applications to coordinating referrals and supporting the FCSS Manager and Board, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a full‑time, three‑month term position with the potential for extension. The standard work schedule is a 35‑hour week, which may include evening and weekend hours depending on the programming and events schedule.
The hourly range for the FCSS Administrative Assistant is $27.48 / hour - $30.80 / hour as per the CUPE Local 417 Collective Agreement.
