FCRM Testing Analyst – Operations

Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an AML/ATF controls testing professional to support design and operating effectiveness testing for FCRM controls. You will independently perform testing tasks end to end, analyze findings, and collaborate with the testing team to provide recommendations and risk insights.

Responsibilities include research, documentation, reporting, and escalation when needed, while maintaining risk controls and delivering quality results within timelines.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of AML/ATF, sanctions, audit, or control testing experience.
• Knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and FIU processes.
• CAMS designation preferred.

• Present objective, independent advice and recommendations to control partners
• Provide subject matter expertise and input to projects and initiatives
• Analyze, document, and report research, issues, assessments, and testing results
• Support risk-based engagement execution and identify potential risks
• Protect organizational interests by identifying and escalating high-risk activities
• Maintain effective risk management and control processes
• Contribute to team knowledge transfer, training, coaching, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in AML/ATF, Sanctions, audit, or control testing roles
• Experience working in a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and/or knowledge of FIU processes and controls
• Knowledge of AML/ATF regulations and current/emerging trends
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
• CAMS designation or similar preferred
• Experience or subject matter expertise within TD Securities or FIU businesses preferred
• Working professional-level knowledge of the supported functional and/or business areas
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage ambiguity and apply judgement to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues

Demonstrates expertise in AML/ATF regulations and controls, with a strong ability to conduct analytical research and testing engagements. Capable of effectively communicating findings and recommendations while managing risks and contributing to team development.
