Your Role

As a Fast Food Restaurant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Determine services to be offered and implement effective operational procedures
  • Oversee cash management, balance sheets, cash reports, and related documentation
  • Conduct staff performance reviews
  • Manage costing for products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate with suppliers and coordinate food and supply orders
  • Manage catering arrangements and facility usage
  • Participate in marketing plans and execution
  • Address customer concerns and deliver excellent customer service
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 employees
