• Strong communicator, friendly, engaging, and relationship-driven.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with fashion advice.
• Style clients with wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations.
• Build and maintain a client book to encourage repeat visits and exclusive offers.
• Share insights on collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
• Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
• Address customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
