Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a motivated retail associate for our Brossard store to deliver exceptional service across lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear. You will greet customers, explain products, assist in fittings, and process transactions to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide exceptional service.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product questions and recommendations.
• Explain product features, materials, and sizing, and suggest related items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and at the cash register.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales goals; participate in training to achieve targets.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked; spotlight new products.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns according to policy.
