Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• A passion for fashion and a fearless sense of style.
• A people-first attitude—you love connecting, hyping others up, and creating moments.
• Energy that thrives in the action—you move fast, but stay sharp.
• Team player with an individual edge.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays—we get it; life’s busy, but so are we).
• Retail or sales experience is a bonus, but not required—we care more about your vibe.
• Extra points if you’re social media savvy and know how to keep the aesthetic strong.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand and create an elevated shopping experience.
• Style customers in their new favourite fits and build real connections.
• Bring the vibe to the floor and uphold our brand and visual standards.
• Help turn quick visits into long-term relationships with Garage.
• Support the daily flow of the store and keep operations running smoothly.
