Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
• Experience in mobilizing a team towards a common goal.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
• Provide store leadership balancing company policies, procedures, and payroll reporting.
• Implement merchandise strategies while providing a clean, inviting store environment.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain effective communication with Store Manager and District Manager.
