Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership and or supervisory experience in a customer experience based environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for Quebec only.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is achieving company objectives and KPI goals.
• Provide store leadership by balancing company policies.
• Implement merchandise strategies.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain communication with Store Manager and District Manager.
