You will handle cash deposits, process employee purchases, and maintain a smooth customer service environment with the highest standards of respect and availability. The role emphasizes administrative efficiency, friendly communication, and adherence to bilingual requirements depending on the province.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful.

• Excellent administrative skills.
• Able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which the candidate is applying: Quebec (French) and Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia (English).

Responsabilités

• Manage merchandise reservations and alteration and online order pickups.
• Prepare the registers' cash deposit.
• Process transactions for employee purchases.
• Perform the administrative tasks necessary to ensure a customer service environment that runs smoothly.
• Act as an example of La Maison Simons' highest standards, namely respect, consideration, and availability.
