Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a dynamic store team in Vancouver. You will motivate stylists, ensure exceptional in-store and online service, and protect the brand experience across channels.

In this role you will manage the day-to-day operations, plan floor coverage, handle first-line customer inquiries, and collaborate with the customer experience team to hit KPIs and deliver a standout AllSaints brand experience for local shoppers.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and brand ambassador.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach a stylist team.
• Experience using reporting tools to monitor KPIs and customer metrics.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of the day on the busy shop floor, ensuring top service.
• Provide leadership to stylist team and handle first-line customer queries (email, chat, calls).
• Collaborate with the customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
• Act as a product ambassador to inspire in-store and online customers and your team.
• Display products effectively, ensuring guidelines are followed and best-sellers are highlighted.
• Own day-to-day store operations and schedule planning to enable success.
• Partner with management to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Handle people matters such as investigations, performance and attendance reviews.
• Create floor plans and rotas to set the store up for daily success.
