Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Fashion Associate for the St. Catharines Smart Centres location. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining an appealing sales floor to support store performance.

You will assist customers with fitting room needs, answer questions, and promote current promotions to drive sales while contributing to a friendly, inclusive shopping environment.

As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
