Job summary

Reitmans is seeking a Fashion Associate (Part-time) to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and support daily store operations at our location in Whitchurch-Stouffville. You will assist customers in fitting rooms, process transactions at the cash desk, and help keep the store visually appealing.

The role requires passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
