Job summary

Reitmans (Canada) Limited, Penningtons store in Grande Prairie, is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers, help with the fitting room, and process transactions to ensure every interaction is positive.

You will use product knowledge and current promotions to drive sales while maintaining a clean, inviting sales floor and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
