Job summary

RW&CO is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver personalized service, assist in fittings, and process transactions at the cash desk. You will help maintain an inviting, organized store and support daily operations to create a memorable shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for fashion. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is preferred.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
