RW&CO is seeking a part-time Fashion Associate at the Georgian Mall location in Barrie, Ontario. You will deliver a personalized shopping experience, help customers find fits, process transactions, and support store operations with a positive, fashion-forward approach.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods. RW&CO offers competitive pay above minimum wage and employee perks.

As aFashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
