Job summary

Walmart Canada in Salmon Arm is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver friendly customer service, stock fashion merchandise, and maintain signage and displays to a high standard.

You will work as part of a team to plan daily tasks and seasonal arrangements in a safe, clean store environment; the role offers opportunities to develop retail skills in a fast-paced setting.

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

What you’ll do…

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40.
