Job summary

Reitmans Canada Limited in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Fashion Associate for a part-time, replacement role to support daily store operations and deliver a welcoming, customer-first shopping experience.

You will assist in fitting rooms, process transactions at the cash desk, maintain an organized sales floor, and help drive add-on sales with product knowledge and friendly service. Availability evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
