Job summary

Walmart Canada in Okotoks is hiring a Fashion Associate to deliver friendly customer service, process and stock fashion merchandise, and maintain signage and displays.

You will work as part of a team to plan daily tasks, support seasonal arrangements, and keep the sales floor clean and safe. The role starts at $16.15 per hour, with growth opportunities within a major Canadian retailer. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

What You'll Do...

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15.
