Qualifications

• Ability to work in a rural farm setting and outdoors in all weather.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy loads.

• Ability to maintain accurate production and health records.

Responsibilities

• Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas
• Diagnose livestock health issues
• Disinfect pens, barns or poultry houses

• Fertilize and spray crops
• Feed and tend animals
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain livestock performance records
