Clintar Landscape Management is hiring Farm Tractor Operators for the 2025/2026 Winter Season. Join our dedicated ice and snow management team, focused on efficient clearing and de-icing operations. These are on-call positions, often overnight, and dependent on winter conditions. Candidates must be available on short notice, 24/7, including weekends and holidays. We service commercial, industrial, and institutional properties throughout the region.

For suitable candidates, there may be opportunities for permanent employment at the end of the Winter Season.

Compensation
  • $27–$33 per hour (based on experience) plus $150 to $200 a week standby for Winter Season (standby is based off experience)
Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Must be on call and available 24/7, including weekends, Christmas, and holidays
  • Respond promptly to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snowfalls or severe weather
  • Safely operate equipment on parking lots and paved surfaces
  • Efficiently move snow to designated areas while maintaining clean, damage-free sites
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors or dispatch regarding conditions and progress
  • Accurately read and follow site maps and route books
  • Enter accurate daily timesheets using the LMN mobile appPossess a working smartphone with data
  • Work effectively in challenging winter conditions, including cold, snow, and nighttime operations
  • Previous experience operating tractors is an asset
  • Must be able to drive STANDARD
  • Must hold a valid, clean G‑class driver’s license
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
