Job summary

A local equipment services company is seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician to join the Lindsay, Ontario team. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing farm and construction equipment, performing maintenance, and communicating with the Service Manager. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and relevant certifications. This full-time position offers a competitive wage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or truck & coach.
  • Automotive experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks.
  • Document work orders, time, and parts used in detail.
  • Conduct final inspections and recommend additional repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with the Service Manager regarding progress and issues.

Salary: $37.80-$40.50/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Equipment Service Technician to join our Lindsay team. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing farm, construction, and heavy equipment both in-shop and on-site.
