Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant Human Service field such as Social Work or Child and Youth Care.
• At least 2 years of experience working with and supporting families.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of family dynamics, addiction, and domestic violence.

Responsibilities

• Teach parents how to properly care for and provide for their children.
• Develop trusting relationships with families and provide crisis intervention.
• Assist parents with daily living skills and help establish routines.
