Job summary

Health Match BC is sourcing a physician for a full-service family practice on Vancouver Island. The role features on-site procedure facilities and shared call coverage for a local LTC across the street, with a collegial team of five FPs, an NP and an LPN on site.

Remuneration is Fee-for-Service with rural incentives, including a recruitment incentive, relocation reimbursement up to $15,000, a 4.20% fee premium, and annual CME support starting at $2,200/annum in years 3–4.

Job description

Role and Facility Information

Full-service family practice in a FP clinic. Procedure room on-site for lumps and bumps. Shared call coverage for local LTC facility across the street. A collegial group of five FPs and one NP. We also have an LPN on site three days per week. Social worker attached to practice via PCN.

• Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
