Our team of 40+ physicians and specialists provides a wide range of services, supported by clinic managers and office staff, with opportunities across Hillside Medical and other local facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with CCFP, CPSBC and CMPA, or eligible for credentialing if from out of province/country.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services at multiple Kelowna locations.
• Join a team of physicians with strong administrative support and logistics.
• Benefit from turnkey patient panels and high patient referrals within the organization.

Role and Facility Information

Evolve Allied Health is currently looking for full and part-time family physicians to join us at three of our locations. Who are we? Evolve Allied Health is a privately-owned health care provider based in Kelowna, BC. Our team of 40+ physicians and specialists provide family practice, walk-in, women’s health, obstetrics, dermatology, internal medicine and sports medicine services out of 3 conveniently located, modern facilities in the Kelowna area. Clinic details: Hillside Medical: located in the desirable Glenmore neighborhood of Kelowna, Hillside Medical is a 4500 sq. ft., multidisciplinary facility which houses 5 family doctors, a dermatologist, an internal medicine specialist and our women’s health clinic. The clinic is ideally located near many of Kelowna’s most appealing neighbourhoods and is only a 10-minute drive to Kelowna General Hospital or downtown.

Practice details: as a family doctor, your practice will be well-supported by patient intake from within the organization and from the community at large. We have turnkey patient panel opportunities available as well. As a specialist, your practice will be well-supported by a high volume of patient referrals from both within the organization and the broader community. We provide comprehensive operational and administrative support with dedicated medical office assistants and clinic managers, as well as in-house billing support.

Overhead details: Discounted overhead for up to one year for new-to-Evolve family physicians, without an existing patient panel. We offer competitive and flexible overhead models of 30% or less to both family doctors and specialists.
