Our clinic provides holistic care across primary care, mental health, naturopathy, and more to empower patient well-being. Key responsibilities include providing primary care, collaborating with the team, maintaining EMR, and conducting virtual visits when remotely deployed.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
