A mental health service provider in Surrey seeks a Family Practitioner for the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment team. This part-time role focuses on supporting clients with complex psychiatric needs during their reintegration into the community. Family Practitioner, Forensic Assertive Community Treatment team (FACT) – Surrey, BC. Regular, Part Time position with BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services (BCMHSUS).
BCMHSUS provides specialized mental health and substance use services to adults across the province and leads system-wide improvement through health promotion, knowledge exchange, research and teaching.
