Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practise medicine in Ontario with good standing.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Accept care of an established patient roster and additional patients from waitlist.
• Establish and maintain strong physician-patient relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care.
• Use the clinic's EMR for efficient documentation and communication.
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
• Participate in rotating after-hours or same-day clinic coverage to support access and income opportunities.
• Support administrative tasks and transition of patient roster when applicable.
• Work in a modern, paperless clinical workspace with on-site lab facilities.
