SYMY Recruitment is partnering with a modern multidisciplinary clinic in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta to recruit Family Physicians for full-scope, patient-centered care within a supportive, well-resourced team. Roles include permanent and locum arrangements with a rapidly growing patient base and a comprehensive support structure including an in-house LPNs and an onsite pharmacy.

Our client is building a rapidly growing patient base and need physicians who are ready to deliver full scope, patient centered care within a supportive, well resourced team.

About the Role

Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population within a modern clinic setting, backed by a full team of Medical Office Assistants, an in-house Licensed Practical Nurses and an onsite pharmacy. The clinic's rapidly growing patient base means a full panel is achievable within 3 to 6 months. EMR: Med Access. Both permanent and locum arrangements are available. Provide full scope family medicine in a modern, multidisciplinary clinic.

Calgary (2 positions) and Edmonton (2 positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver full scope family medicine, including primary care visits, chronic disease management, women's health, and pediatric care
• Review labs and diagnostic imaging
• Complete medical forms and documentation

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Full scope family medicine experience
• Ability to manage chronic diseases
• Experience in women's health and pediatric care

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMR: Med Access

Pay range and compensation package

• Full-time: $280,000–$460,000 annually
• High-volume: $500,000–$650,000
• Extra income from forms, procedures, physicals, IV therapy, etc.
• Modern clinics with multidisciplinary services
• Inhouse LPN and onsite pharmacy
• Supportive leadership and a collaborative environment
