Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• Certification in Family Medicine with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP).
• Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments to diagnose diseases.
• Manage care of patients within the physician's scope of practice.
• Implement health promotion and illness prevention strategies.
• Perform periodic health examinations for fitness determinations.
• Make medical employment limitation recommendations.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as a team member.
