Qualifications

Job Duties
  • Deliver personalized, full-scope care to individuals and families of all ages, building lasting relationships that make a real difference.
  • Manage a dynamic mix of scheduled and same-day patients, using your clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up with compassion and confidence.
  • Work hand-in-hand with a skilled interdisciplinary team to offer coordinated, patient-first care that supports the whole person.
  • Prescribe treatments, make referrals, and even provide home visits—bringing care to where it’s needed most.
  • Lead and engage in community-based health promotion, outreach initiatives, and continuous learning grounded in evidence-based practice.
  • Inspire the next generation of care providers through mentorship and teaching opportunities with medical learners and nurse practitioners.
  • Support your community through after-hours coverage, including opportunities to cover local nursing homes and the Extra-Mural Program.
  • Be an active voice in team-based planning, innovation, and quality improvement efforts.
