Synectics Inc. is seeking a Family Law Litigation Associate with 3+ years of Ontario family law litigation experience to manage complex matters from research and drafting through negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.

The role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or JD and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• 3+ years of family law litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, drafting, negotiation, analytical, and business skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable with virtual and in-person hearings, negotiations, and meetings.
