Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in family law and litigation
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, with a commitment to providing responsive, cost-effective legal services.
  • Drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements and conference briefs.
  • Delegating work to law clerks, and working closely with law clerks on files
  • Mediation or ADR experience would be an asset
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Bilingualism and/or an existing book of business are strong assets, though not required.
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
