Job summary

RL Family is seeking compassionate elder care professionals to provide bedside and personal care in clients’ homes in Quebec. You will assist with bathing, meals, medications, hygiene, and daily activities while ensuring comfort and safety.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work on-site at client locations. Optional live-in accommodation is available at no charge, though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in elder care.
• Must be on-site, able to work in clients' homes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care
• Administer medications
• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
• Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
• Change non-sterile dressings
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
