We are looking for a passionate Part‑Time Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant to join our team for a term assignment from February 1 to June 1. Fairmont Gold is the pinnacle of first class service at the Fairmont Winnipeg. The Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant will ensure flawless service to all guests as they arrive, depart, and during they stay, including the services offered in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.

What you will be doing
  • Oversee all aspects of guest service in the daily operation of Fairmont Gold, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Provide exceptional concierge information to our guests and continuously update concierge program to ensure current and relevant information is provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure Fairmont Gold Loyalty and handle all daily Fairmont Gold comments and proactively resolve any concerns.
  • Inspect Gold guestrooms daily for cleanliness and maintenance issues including completion of housekeeping audits, turndown and occupied rooms cleaning audits.
  • Set up food & beverage service and clear tables and counters in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the physical Gold product.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years, hotel concierge experience.
  • Must have a proven record of exceeding guest expectations and commitment to guest service.
  • Self‑motivating with the initiative and ability to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.
  • Great organizational skills with a proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality management is an asset.
  • Knowledge of a second language and its application in the hotel / hospitality industry an asset.
