Position Summary
BCIT’s School of Health Sciences is seeking a temporary, part-time (0.4 FTE) Faculty in the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Preference will be given to candidates that are certified in both cardiac and general ultrasound scanning. However, the selection committee will also consider those trained in only one modality: either cardiac or general sonography.
The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching. This will include instruction, student evaluation, ongoing course development and clinical site visits. The candidate will work closely with other faculty members and may also be required to travel within BC.

Salary Range: $65,045 - $113,545 per annum.
Salary prorated based on percentage and term of appointment. Salary based on education, experience and placement criteria as outlined in the Collective Agreement.
