Job summary

Une entreprise de transformation alimentaire recherche un employé pour des tâches d'entretien permanent. Le candidat devra effectuer le nettoyage, la maintenance et quelques réparations mineures. Une expérience antérieure en environnement de travail similaire est exigée, ainsi qu'un certificat de fin d'études secondaires. Des compétences en communication, une bonne capacité physique et un sens de l'initiative sont nécessaires. Une formation continue est offerte.

Qualifications

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression avec des tâches répétitives.
  • Expérience de travail en usine ou en établissement industriel.

Responsibilities

  • Balayer, laver et cirer les couloirs, les sols et les escaliers.
  • Opérer des aspirateurs industriels pour débarrasser les ordures et débris.
  • Effectuer des vérifications de sécurité et d'entretien courant.

Job description

Tasks
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Work with minimal supervision
