• Does not perform any work that requires licensed tradespersons, unless the worker is licensed in that trade.
• Performs other facilities-related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of building management systems, swimming pool, and arena mechanical systems.
• Experience in building maintenance.
• Experience as arena operator.
• Experience as pool operator.
• Certification in First Aid, WHMIS, and TDG.

Hours

The standard workweek consists of an average of 40 hours, with the specific schedule being determined by the immediate supervisor.

Compensation

Starting salary $40.31 per hour as per the CUPE Collective Agreement.
