Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Must have a clean driver’s license and abstract.
• A clear criminal record check is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general building maintenance for National Defence sites.
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls after hours and weekends.
• Conducts risk assessments and develop pre-work safety plans.

Skills

Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and control drawings

Knowledge of building automation systems

Organizational skills

Fluent in English

Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working at heights
