Qualifications

  • Successful completion of the educational portion of a recognized skilled trades program.
  • Must be working towards certification in a skilled trade.
  • Ability to support maintenance at other sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled tasks related to upkeep of properties.
  • Assist with corrective and preventative maintenance of various systems.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain facility-related infrastructure and equipment.

Skills

Building maintenance experience
Ability to operate machinery
Knowledge of safe work practices
Time management in conflicting priorities

Education

Completion of a skilled trades program
Certification in a skilled trade (in progress)
