• Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources.
• Conduct assessments for compliance improvement across various subjects.
• Foster communication with Store Management for accountability.
• Execute and manage the hourly associate accident file process.
• Conduct safety walks and inspections as a team member.
