Job summary

A leading real estate firm is hiring a Building Operator for a key client site in Scarborough, ON. This role involves ensuring maintenance and operational standards are met across various facility systems. Required qualifications include a High School diploma and Building Environmental Systems (BAS) Operator certification. The position requires working on a rotating schedule, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze the operation of various systems, determine causes of problems, and take corrective action as required.
• Available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work performed in client space is accomplished with minimum disruption and adequate cleanup.
• Perform maintenance and monitor repairs to facility systems.
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, and inventory control.

Skills

Ability to analyze operation of various systems

Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel)

Education

High School diploma

Building Environmental Systems (BAS) Operator Class I or II
