A seasonal employer in Caledon is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance of the building’s systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The role involves ensuring cleanliness and presentation, managing outside contractors, and hiring and training facilities teams. A minimum of 2-5 years in facility management is required, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Facility Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the building’s systems including but not limited to security, HVAC, electrical, water, fire suppression systems, and sewage & waste management. The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of Caledon Woods golf Club and be directly responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of both inside and outside the buildings.
This is a seasonal role.
