Qualifications

• Two years of successful experience in building operations work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Principal about maintenance.
• Inspect facility to ensure overall care of building.
• Perform cleaning activities during the school day.

Skills

Leadership ability for caretaking staff

Reading, writing and verbal skills in English

Ability to respond to emergency calls

Good general fitness

Education

Grade 12 or equivalent
