Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Building Operator; preferred experience in operating a commercial facility.
• Knowledge and experience with building automation systems and HVAC systems.
• Clean Class 5 AB Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned client's facilities in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
• Plan and execute responsive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Respond to tenant complaints and conduct safety oversight.
