The Facilities Manager provides leadership for work flows, administrative processes, supply distribution and renovation projects within Student Housing and Community Services (SHCS) facilities and building services. They have direct management responsibility for staff , and project management responsibility for maintenance, and related process projects. The position supports departmental initiatives and operational continuity by participating in various committees, and working with colleagues within SHCS and the broader university.
Reports to the Associate Director, Building Services. Maintains positive, close working relationships with all departmental managers.
