The role includes managing a team, coordinating repairs, and preparing budgets. Facilities Manager (1 year contract)
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC). Please note, a condition for attaining an Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) clearance includes that applicants must have lived in Canada a minimum of five years to apply for ERS.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for the Facilities Manager position is between $85,000 annually and $95,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
