Facilities Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Mississauga facilities, Sonova Canada Inc and CHB warehouse services, amenities, maintenance and repair. In addition, the position is responsible for overseeing all Health and Safety processes and protocols and leading the environmental strategy.

Must have previous work experience in facilities management and HS and demonstrate knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Building Code
Additional Requirements:
Full compliance with safety and ESD standards, cleanness in the workplace and other policies as described in the Employee Handbook and ISO Manual is mandatory.
This position requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements. This position also requires strong knowledge of organizational workflow and ability to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules.
