Job summary

A construction and facilities management company is seeking an FM Manager to maintain facilities and manage maintenance works. This role involves coordinating with internal and external parties, managing strategic partners, and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators. Qualifications

  • Experience in construction and building maintenance environment will be an advantage.
  • Independent and responsible worker who can work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the base/facility and support facilities management tasks.
  • Manage facility maintenance works including building, mechanical, and electrical.
  • Manage strategic partners and sub-contractors in maintenance works.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Good computer literacy
Pro-active attitude

Education

Degree in facilities management or equivalent
Accreditation in Facilities Management Accreditation Scheme
