Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in building operations or general maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems and emergency procedures.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Experience working at heights is an asset.
• Computer literate with Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments for efficient building operations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct and document preventative maintenance tasks.
• Support on-site logistics for events.
