Qualifications

• Prior experience in electrical and plumbing repairs is preferred.
• Previous handyperson experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain small to medium-sized buildings, building systems, and equipment.
• Perform light duties: sweeping, cleaning, painting, etc.
• Complete general maintenance of door/window hardware.
• Inspect/repair interior/exterior elements.
• Respond to basic tenant requests and emergencies.
